Cleaning involves the premises, inside and out. If you follow this cleaning process you should receive your refund without many charges.

BEDROOMS:
  1. Always start with the bedrooms. Avoid jumping around. We require deep cleaning, not suface cleaning.
  2. Start with light fixture, and replace burned out light bulbs.
  3. Clean corners and above door frames
  4. Clean walls
  5. Clean windows and window seals and gutters.
  6. Clean lighswitches, outlets, closet doors and shelves
  7. Baseboards, wash off dust etc on baseboards
  8. Vaccum between carpet and baseboards
  9. Leave room and do not go back into the room.
BATHROOMS:?
  1. Start with ceilings. corners, light fixtures, and replace burned out light bulbs.
  2. Clean walls, door frames, light switches, and outlets.
  3. Clean tub-shower. Start from the top. Hard water can be cleaned off. Do not use heavy abrasives when cleaning chrome. Hard water can be cleaned off of tile. Scum can be cleaned off. Build up over a period of time makes it harder to clean but in any case it can be done. The next tenant will not want to use your shower curtain.
  4. Clean behind toilet tank, the wall. 
  5. Clean the toilet tank
  6. Remove the toilet seat. Clean it before placing back on.
  7. Before placing toilet seat back on, clean the toilet inside and out and to the base.
  8. Clean dust etc. off of water supply line.
  9. Clean countertop light fixture and mirror
  10. Clean out drawers, use vaccum. Do not push dirt etc into corners.
  11. Clean cabinet inside and out.
  12. Now the bathroom floor.
  13. Clean bathroom door and remove hair spray if any.
  14. Finished. Close door and do not go back into bathroom.
